How can I unblock ??

I have been a positive person thru thick and thin lately I just cannot create my reality like once I did it has been a long downslide and I just do all the right positive happy things including my ART and I just cannot attract the things I envision and deserve. Help please is there a chi cleansing that I can seek ? This seems to involve my energy orange center and my communication blue I just stumble over myself for like three years. I want Me back how to balance ugh. Thank you
